A trip on the Laal Ratty, a narrow gauge steam railway running from the coast to the fells at Boot, is an absolute must. Sitting out in the propertys garden youll be able to hear the whistles of these marvellous heritage locomotives passing nearby. Why not pop down to Eskdale Green station and catch the train to Dalegarth? You can treat yourself to a scone at their cafe then wander home via the Eskdale Trail.
