It’s 200 metres from the nearest beach and there are places to go out right on the doorstep. Newquay also has a reputation as a lively place to go out and won’t disappoint with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants. There’s also a cinema, the wonderful aquarium, and a golf course. Wander along the beautiful, rugged shoreline on the South West Coast Path, or spend the day nosing around National Trust properties and gardens, including the impressive Elizabethan manor Trerice House (3 miles away). The Eden Project is only 18 miles away where there are regular events, exhibitions, and activities as well as incredible plant life to explore in the biomes.
