St Austell, the largest town in Cornwall, is 1.5 miles away, with a larger selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. The property is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall, with attractions such as the Eden Project (3 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (7 miles) making wonderful days out.
