The room is complete with a cosy wood burning stove, the perfect accompaniment to meals around the dining table. A handy utility room can be found off the hallway and houses the freezer, the washer-drier, should you need to make use of this during your stay, and an indoor clothes line. Theres also a useful WC in here too. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring and theres also a lovely sun room on the ground floor too. A wonderful light-filled room, perfect for catching up with a good book, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment looking out to the lovely garden. A wonderfully calming room, ornithologists will love sitting in here and watching the comings and goings of the many birds who also like to pay the cottage a visit (or its garden at least!). Large glazed doors open onto a paved area extending the sun room into the garden. Up the stairs to the first floor and the three lovely bedrooms. First up is the spacious master bedroom. With a double bed and fantastic views, why not bring your morning cuppa back to bed and indulge in a long lie in - you are on holiday after all! The second equally spacious bedroom also has a double bed and lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Further along the landing youll find the twin bedroom. Also on the first floor is the family bathroom. With a WC, wash basin and bath with shower over - whether you prefer a relaxing soak in the bath or a refreshing shower, all tastes are catered for here. Outside the cottage there is parking for two cars and the covered entrance at the front of the cottage can also be used for storing bikes (please remember to bring your own locks), ideal if you like getting out and about on two wheels. To the rear of the cottage is the large garden with three patios and a lawn area. There are delightful views over the surrounding countryside so make the most of the outdoor furniture provided and enjoy dining alfresco with a wonderful backdrop.
