Approached via a driveway from the gated entrance, this substantial period property can be entered via the attractive reception area which leads into the light and brightly decorated lounge. The elegant dining room is wood-panelled with an open fire, a main dining table for 12 guests, and additional tables for a further eight guests, making it an location for enjoying a celebratory meal. The cheerful and relaxing kitchen features a charming breakfast area and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. You will also find a children’s playroom with a range of toys, TV/DVD, Sonos bridge, books, board games, PS2 and a Wii console. This room can be made up as a double bedroom by prior arrangement. The seven main bedrooms can be found on the upper floors of the house and have delightful views. Three of the rooms have en-suite facilities and each floor also has an additional bathroom so there are no queues in the morning. The extensive gardens are best viewed from the terrace with its balustrades and steps leading down to the lawns. The terrace is furnished with plenty of seating, cushions, a large table and a BBQ available in the summer.
