The Coach House at Crynga Mawr near Aberporth, is part of a beautiful old stone mill transformed into a 1 bed holiday cottage, nestled in 13 acres of pasture & woods, only 10 minutes from the bustling village and stunning beaches of Aberporth and a 5-minute drive from the historic town of Cardigan. Aberporth is a charming seaside village on the Ceredigion coast, known for its two golden sandy beaches that are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and rock-pooling. It’s one of the best places in Wales to spot dolphins from the shore, with stunning views along the scenic Ceredigion Coast Path. It is absolutely stunning with cliff walks, sandy bays, pristine national trust beaches and small fishing villages with local pubs and restaurants. ACCOMMODATION The Coach House sleeps 2 adults and 1 child only in 1 double bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge. UPSTAIRS Bedroom: double bed, pine floors and antique furniture under a vaulted ceiling En suite shower room: double shower, WC and wash hand basin, double shower and bathroom, pine floors and antique furniture under a vaulted ceiling DOWNSTAIRS Open plan, combining lounge, dining area and kitchen. Kitchen: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table seating 3 Lounge: comfy corner sofa, TV with Netflix, large picture window with doors opening to the outside. OUTSIDE The front doors open to a private patio with picnic table. A barbecue is available on request. Behind the cottage is a grass area with views overlooking the woods and meadows. Off-road parking for 1 car. KEY FACTS - Bed linen and towels provided - Oil-fired central heating - Free WiFi - One well-behaved dog welcome at £20 per week. Dogs should be kept on the lead whilst on the property - No smoking is allowed in the cottage - EV charging point available (paid directly to the owner) - No more than 2 adults without prior arrangement
