Glyncoch Shepherds’ Hut was handmade by a local craftsman and offers all the comforts and luxury of home in a compact, unique space. Full electric and heated throughout, the Shepherds’ Hut is cosy and warm in the cooler months but light and airy in the summer. Sited on a farm, guests are welcome to explore and meet various friendly animals. Located just 3 miles from the idyllic seaside village of Llangrannog, with its sandy beaches, fresh Welsh sea air and plethora of eateries, this is an ideal place to begin exploring the beauty of West Wales. Famous for its beautiful scenery and wildlife - from dolphins and Harbour porpoises to peregrine falcons and red kites – this is an ideal destination for couples wanting to grab a taste of nature. Fill up your days with visits to the nearby picture-postcard village of New Quay, take a boat trip for even more chances to spot dolphins, or enjoy more adventure with kayaking, scuba diving, coasteering and more. Surrounded by fields, with views across Cardigan Bay and into Snowdonia National Park, you can relax and gaze at the view uninterrupted. Settle round the fire pit and enjoy the lack of light pollution as the evening sets in and the sky is filled with stars. ACCOMMODATION The Shepherds Hut Glyncoch sleeps 2 plus a cot in a double bed Sleeping area: double bed with luxury mattress Kitchen/Living area: single hob gas canister camp stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, space for a travel cot in the living space or a bed for younger children Shower room: walk-in shower, hanging space and shoe rack, clothes airer to dry off clothing and beach stuff. Undercounter fridge. Internal door leading to WC, wash hand basin OUTSIDE The outside area has recliner chairs, charcoal BBQ, a fire pit for stargazing and relaxing, and a patio set with a table for Alfresco dining, making the outdoor space as comfortable as the inside. Parking for one car. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times unless permission has been given to run them in a specific field.
