The Granary is a dog-friendly cottage and converted granary situated on a rural smallholding at the end of a lane and is surrounded by farmland.

It has its own private enclosed garden. The smallholding sits in seven acres and comprises a pond of around one acre, an orchard, woodland and fields and a babbling brook runs right through the middle.

A bridleway runs alongside the smallholding providing easy access for walking and horse riding.

The Granary sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 2 doubles.

Living room: 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, 32” Freeview TV, dining table with 4 chairs, coffee table, views of the orchard and outside games area
Kitchen: electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge

OUTSIDE
Enclosed lawned garden with table, benches, outside sofa and BBQ. Grass games area with football goal and badminton net, small lake and orchard. We are a working smallholding and have ducks wandering around, we also have ponies, quails and cats. Please ensure children are supervised at all times and that dogs are kept on a lead when not in the enclosed garden. Private parking.
