Ty Pinc is a pretty, detached house with distant views of the Pembrokeshire coast and the sea. It stands in its own grounds, in the village of St. Nicholas, some 5 miles from Fishguard. It is also wheelchair and disabled friendly with a low threshold, wheelchair accessible entrance and a downstairs bedroom with an en suite wet room. The house is very spacious and has its own parking and garden. It features decking on the west and south sides with accessible patio doors and is just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the famous Coast Path. The area is a favourite for walking, birdwatching, kayaking, coasteering and sightseeing, and the "Strumble Shuttle" bus service stops in the village making "round trip" walks easier to organise. Within easy driving distance are some lovely beaches such as Whitesands, Newport and Pwllgwaelod, and St. David's Cathedral is some 12 miles away. The property is a small holding with a livery yard for horses and holiday livery is also available, should you wish to bring your horse, too! This is quite separate from the holiday cottage, across the other side of a small paddock. ACCOMMODATION Ty Pinc sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms: 1 with super king/twin bed options, 2 with double beds and 1 with one or two single beds UPSTAIRS Bedroom 2: with double bed and En suite: shower over the bath, basin hand basin, WC Bedroom 3 with double bed Bedroom 4 with two single beds Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash hand basin WC DOWNSTAIRS Bedroom 1: one super king bed with the option of twin bed. The bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the decking (wheelchair accessible) En suite wet room: shower, WC, wash hand basin, shower seat, handrails and toilet frame Sitting room: with FreesatTV, DVD player, riser recliner chair and patio doors onto decking accessible for wheelchairs Kitchen/diner: with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, low level breakfast bar and patio doors onto decking Laundry room: with washing machine and tumble dryer WC: WC with handrails, wash hand basin Utility area: with freezer, and space to park and charge chairs or scooters OUTSIDE There is decking on the south and west sides, distant sea views from the west side.
