All on the ground floor, has three bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom, shower over bath), family shower room, kitchen, utility, large lounge with gas fire and dining room leading to conservatory with patio doors to paved garden. Facilities include central heating, double glazing, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, TV with Freeview, DVD and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, gas and electricity are included. A portable ramp is available on request. Please note that there is a refundable cleaning bond of £50 for more than 1 dog at this property. Wi-fi broadband is included. There is an electric car charge point in the garage for guests with electric cars.
