The Sands can only be described as the perfect place to enjoy that perfect holiday. With its much-desired location, this fantastic house has everything you could possibly need. The Sands is extremely generous with its living space, so easily accommodates 10 guests.

You are met with grand opulence from the moment you enter this property. With breath taking views offered by the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, you are instantly given the feeling of pure indulgence. The grand oak staircase divides the property on the ground floor, inviting you to explore each of its well thought out rooms. The light airy kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook, with both a breakfast bar and breakfast table. If you prefer something a little more formal, the dinning area is in the grand hall, where a beautiful bespoke chandelier sets a relaxing tone. The contemporary yet sumptuous sitting room, with it's majestic view of the estuary, will lure you out onto the huge wrap-around terrace where you can watch the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of Champagne. All of its five bedrooms have Super King zip and link beds and en suite bathrooms, perfect for couples or larger families.

For those who are bringing dogs, it is just a short walk to enjoy the lovely beach at North Sands. And for those who enjoy longer walks there is the stunning South West Coast Path. If you prefer the water, take the passenger ferry to the beautiful beaches at East Portlemouth. The town itself is just a two-minute drive, hosting boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries.
