Swallows is a detached two-bedroom, dog friendly holiday home, nestled in an elevated position on a quiet no through road with plentiful parking overlooking the beautiful scenery of Slapton Sands and Ley in Torcross.

The first floor living area boasts a log burner, dining space and plenty of sofa space to make the most of the delightful vista over the village, and out over the water. The rear deck offers tranquil scenes over fields behind.  The spacious kitchen diner and comfortable bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with a useful utility room and boiler room, perfect for dogs to dry off after a scenic walk on the South West Coast Path. A truly charming home from home with plenty to offer during for summer beach holidays or winter breaks cosied up by the log burner after a day enjoying the delights of South Devon.

Step to front door leads into:

Sun room with table and 2 chairs.

Step up to

Kitchen diner, dining table with seating for 4, log burner, dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, Krups Nespresso machine.

Utility room, fridge freezer, washing machine.

Boiler room, space for coats and shoes, side entrance door.

From dining area

Bedroom 1 twin 3 ‘single beds.

Hall leads to

Bedroom 2 5’ king size bed

Family bathroom bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.

Stairs from kitchen diner lead to first floor,

Living area table and chairs, views out over the ley and sea, sofa, shelves with games and toys, two large sofas arranged in an L shape, TV with DVD player, patio doors to decked area.

Parking:

Through wooden gates onto gravel drive for 3 cars.

Outside:

Rear deck table and chairs for 4 to dine along with rattan sofa and drinks table.

Lower gravel terrace with washing line.

• Included: Bed linen and towels (Guests to bring own beach towels),
• Guests to provide own logs-these can be purchased from Stokeley Farm Shop or West Charleton garage.

• Dogs: 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Pet charge £30.00 per pet per week.  
• Local facilities:  Torcross Beach few minutes walk. Other beaches include Beesands via 1 mile cliff top walk or short (2 mile) drive, Blackpool sands 4 miles and East Portlemouth 5 miles. Good pub and cafes on Torcross sea front. Farm shop in Stokenham 0.5 mile. Garage with  food and leisure shop, East Charleton 3 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 6 miles. Dartmouth 8 miles.
