Spinnaker is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
Boasting an excellent coastal location within a small development, next to the beautiful golden sandy beach of Thurlestone Sands with stunning sea views and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Spinnaker is a bright and airy, pet friendly, reverse level end terraced mews cottage, ideally situated for a beachside holiday as well as a superb base from which to explore the surrounding areas. Below the balcony is a large communal terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool (available 4th week of May to 3rd week of September) and separate shallow children's pool, steps down to a further sun terrace and from there immediate and private access onto the sandy beach below. The South West Coastal Path which passes by the door provides beautiful walks to Hope Cove just a short distance away and Thurlestone Village in the opposite direction. The National Trust Nature Reserve is immediately to the rear of the cottage, and South Milton Ley Nature Reserve (designated a SSSI) a short walk away, both excellent for bird watching. A complimentary bottle of wine greets guests on arrival to ensure a warmwelcome.
Accommodation: Stairs leading to First Floor: Open plan living room with patio doors opening to a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and out to the sea beyond. Lounge area with sofa and easy chairs, large flat screen TV and DVD, wall mounted feature electric fire. Dining area to seat four. Well equipped kitchen with built in electric oven, ceramic hob, integrated fridge with ice box, microwave, washer dryer. Ground floor: Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table and drawers. Bedroom 2 twin bedroom with substantial 3ft corner bunk beds and built in wardrobe. Shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin heated towel rail and WC.
Outside: Enclosed balcony from living room, with table and chairs. Shared swimming pool and barbecue grill.
Parking: Two designated spaces adjacent to the cottage.
Telephone: Payphone for outgoing and incoming calls. Mobile reception poor.
Pets: One well behaved dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per week.
