This picture postcard, cosy thatched 17th century cottage, is in the very heart of Thurlestone located on the high street and has been completely renovated, retaining its old world charm, but with every modern comfort. With the beach just 15 minutes walk, the pub and shop conveniently close, The Nook is an absolutely delightful cottage with its attractive furniture and furnishings, cosy but bright atmosphere and the advantage of a private enclosed garden.
Please note: This property will accept one small to medium size dog.

Accommodation 
From the village lane the front door opens into a most attractive sitting room with log burner, sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Step up and doorway to fitted kitchen with electric hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and built in fridge with freezer compartment. Separate large fridge freezer.
Extending from the kitchen the dining area, with table to seat 6, faces large French doors that overlook the garden and open to a paved terrace.
Downstairs cloakroom with WC.
Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1:  Double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. A shower room is adjacent to this room with large walk in shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6 inch double bed.
Bedroom 3 with 3ft Bunk beds.
Adjacent bathroom with small bath and shower over, basin and WC.

Outside 
A patio area outside the kitchen has garden table and chairs and a path winds through shrubberies and opens out into an attractive lawned area that is totally private.

Parking 
Permit available for Village Hall parking. On road parking possible where available.

Stairs lead up from the sitting room to a landing. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and fitted wardrobe. A bathroom is adjacent to this room with bath, basin and WC. Twin bedroom with 2ft 6in beds, and a small single bedroom (2ft 6in bed). Adjacent shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Outside:

A paved area outside the kitchen has table, chairs and barbecue and a path winds through shrubberies and opens out into an attractive lawned area that is totally private and enclosed. To the right side of the front door is a right of way along the side of the cottage providing access to the rear of the cottage and the garden.
