Hillside is a beautifully refurbished house sat in a super location above Salcombe Estuary. This light and airy home is spacious and well equipped, with views down through the valley to the estuary, a large garden, parking, and tasteful décor, all within walking distance to the beach and foot ferry to Salcombe. With the addition of the beautiful studio annex, which is completely self contained, Hillside will sleep up to 10 guests. Hillside is an excellent choice for a family holiday or a reunion of friends and is sure to be a firm favourite with guests of all ages.

East Portlemouth sits opposite the popular town of Salcombe which is easily accessed from this stunning property via the passenger ferry 280 yards away. The village itself has a café, the fabulous Port Waterhouse, with pop up dining events and a bar open seasonally, and some fabulous sandy beaches along with direct access to the South West Coast Path. A very scenic two mile walk takes you to The Gara Rock Hotel, serving delicious food with some of the best scenery a restaurant could provide, plus a spa and cinema room. The nearby village of South Pool also boasts a gastro pub, the Millbrook Inn. The bustling market town of Kingsbridge is a thirty minute drive away, with shops, pubs, eateries and a cinema and in the other direction along the picturesque coastal road is the historic Naval town of Dartmouth, again well serviced with amenities. This popular location along with this fantastic property have all the ingredients for an idyllic holiday come rain or shine.

Large garden, mainly grass and shrubs, terrace to the front of the main house. Terrace outside the annex with table and chairs also. Charcoal BBQ

Parking: for 3-4 Cars on drive, additional parking on road or village car park if required.
