NB: Should you be looking for a larger option the grand Georgian extension, constructed two centuries ago, seamlessly blends with the original 16th century farmhouse, featuring a discreet bookcase-concealed passage connecting the dining Room to The Old Farmhouse’s Kitchen. By combining both properties, a total of seventeen guests can be accommodated,  this combined property is called “Coulscott House”.

Guests have full access to Coulscott’s 20 acres of grounds — with meadows and streams, woodland trails, over 50 friendly animals, and safe places for children to roam and play. There’s even a 5 acre dog walking meadow at the end of a beautiful grass path, for off lead enjoyment. 

Within the grounds is the heated indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, WC and showers, large wooden outdoor children’s play area, games room with table football and table tennis, dedicated under 5’s soft play area. honesty shop, plus a giant fire pit area for all guests to enjoy.
