This wonderful, character apartment is situated in an elevated position overlooking the beach. Cliff Tops boasts a large private garden with panoramic views which take in the coastline from Bournemouth to Sandbanks and far reaching sea views across to the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Purbeck. A fantastic spot to soak up the sun and enjoy a bbq and drinks on a warm summer evening.
Just a short walk will take you down to the white, sandy beach at Alum Chine. With lots of space for the kids to run around, an adventure play park, a lovely cafe restaurant, and the promenade to cycle along, there is lots for all the family to enjoy.
A little further afield is the victorian centre of Westbourne which has an extensive array of cafes bistros and restaurants as well as boutique shops and gift shops.
Cliff Tops is a spacious apartment spanning the whole of the ground floor in a lovely period house dating from circa 1920s. The space oozes charm with its high ceilings and original features including the original fireplace, wood paneling, and coving. The current owner has lovingly updated the apartment adding a bright modern kitchen with dining space and a luxurious bathroom complete with free standing bath.
