Blue Shores is a sumptuous, spacious, reverse level detached holiday home situated a short walk from the heart of Thurlestone village, its fabulous village pub and glorious sandy beaches.

The exterior belies the size and luxury of the interior, this is a superb property which is presented to a high standard with the added benefit of a first floor full width living room and balcony which takes in the full view over Thurlestone Rock. For rainy days there's a playroom with table football, dart board, and even a surfboard rack. From most rooms there are sea views across to Bolt Tail headland and Thurlestone bay.

Accommodation:
Stepping into the large entrance hall on the ground floor with two large bedrooms and utility room on this level:
Bedroom 1 with 3ft bunk beds plus single bed with further pull-out single bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft Twin beds.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and basin.
Bathroom with bath and rainfall shower over, basin and WC.
Playroom with table football, dartboard and surfboard rack.

Stairs to first floor:
Beautiful kitchen with twin ovens and induction hob, fridge freezer plus a separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave/3^rd oven, bluetooth speaker.
Dining table to seat up to 10, opening into the lounge area with large corner sofa, Smart TV and full width wide balcony with outside seating and wonderful sea views.
Snug with large Smart TV and sofa bed, books and games. Cloakroom with WC and basin.
Stairs to second floor:
Bedroom 3 with 5ft King Size bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers, beautiful walk in shower room with rainfall shower, basin and WC.
Master Bedroom 4: with 6ft Super king size bed (which can be split to form a twin room if required – please advise at time of booking if required as a twin). Hanging rail, chest of drawers, en suite shower room with walk in shower room with rainfall shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Large lawn surrounds the property with enclosed gated area to the rear and fully enclosed front garden.
