Tucked in a peaceful courtyard shared with just two other cottages and a superb swimming pool house.on the Coulscott Estate just outside the village of Combe Martin, within the Exmoor National Park, Aylesbury is perfect for romantic breaks or young families seeking peace, comfort and luxury in a rural setting, yet close to the sea. Aylesbury offers a welcoming blend of rustic character and modern comforts—perfect for families or couples looking to unwind in beautiful surroundings.

Aylesbury Cottage is dog-friendly, so your four-legged friend is very welcome, and there’s EV charging on site too.

Combine with neighbouring cottages Bantam and Peacock to sleep up to 10 guests. Group dining can be arranged in Aylesbury Cottage by prior request.

Open-plan living space. Lounge area with comfy sofas, Smart TV, bluetooth speaker and log burning stove.

Well equipped kitchen area with integrated appliances including eye level combination microwave, electric oven, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher.

Outside is a private enclosed terrace with views over the animal paddocks and valley, with private hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, chimenea and beautiful views.

Short stroll to the shared indoor swimming pool building

Guests have full access to Coulscott’s 20 acres of grounds — with meadows and streams, woodland trails, over 50 friendly animals, and safe places for children to roam and play. There’s even a 5 acre dog walking meadow at the end of a beautiful grass path, for off lead enjoyment.

Within the grounds is the heated indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, WC and showers, large wooden outdoor children’s play area, games room with table football and table tennis, dedicated under 5’s soft play area. honesty shop, plus a giant fire pit area for all guests to enjoy.
