Coleridge House, an elegant property that sits within its own 5 acre grounds and yet is less than a mile from the pleasant South Devon village of Stokenham. Originally a country retreat this has now been converted into several apartments and houses. The setting is magnificent with managed communal gardens including expansive areas of lawn, fine mature trees, numerous flowering shrubs, woodland walks, wonderful sweeping pastoral views to the south and access to a footpath that links to Slapton Sands.

Amberley is a very light and spacious apartment all on one level which is comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Two private patios ensure that both the morning and afternoon sun can be caught at certain times. Beautiful Slapton Sands beach and the nature reserve are just a couple miles away with historic Dartmouth also within a short drive.

For guests making use of the reduced occupancy discount only the master bedroom will be made available-please advise at the time of booking if you require a twin bedroom instead.

Open plan living room with lounge area with 2 sofas, armchair, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat 8, access to front patio area. Kitchen area with electric rangemaster cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, access to rear patio. Utility room off kitchen with additional fridge, freezer, washing machine, drying rack.  Master bedroom with king bed, access to rear patio, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and TV.   Bedroom 3 with twin beds.  Family bathroom with roll top bath and hand held shower, basin and WC.

Outside:  

Front and rear enclosed patios with garden furniture.

Parking for two cars and additional visitor parking.
