Welcome to your perfect seaside escape! This brand new holiday home in the coastal village of Downderry is designed for relaxing breaks with family and friends. With four beautifully appointed bedrooms and plenty of space to unwind, it's the ideal base for exploring Cornwall's stunning south coast.

The heart of the home is the bright, open plan living area. Here you can share meals with a sea view, or simply curl up and enjoy the scenery. Step outside and you'll find your own private hot tub, complete with sea view. 

With the beach, South West Coast Path and local pub all within walking distance, this home has everything you need for a memorable holiday.

Large open plan living / dining / kitchen space with huge sliding doors to terrace. Two sofas, a wood burner and smart TV complete the lounge section, and dining table seating 8 guests sits behind. The kitchen has NEFF appliances, American style fridge / freezer, wine fridge and breakfast bar.
Cloak room with WC and wash basin.
Sliding doors also to rear courtyard with easy access to the hot tub.
