This gorgeous seaside mews cottage is situated in the popular coastal village of Hope Cove, South Devon. Perfectly located for providing either a comfortable base for a relaxing beach holiday or a cosy retreat in the spring and autumn for those who enjoy bracing walks and wonderful cliff top vistas. Arranged as reverse level, it has a sunny patio garden as well as a first-floor balcony, where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening aperitif. The village centre and beaches are easily accessible and there are plenty of local activities to enjoy for both families and couples. Salcombe is just 4 miles away and the remainder of the beautiful South Hams is on your doorstep, waiting to be explored.

Please note: This property is most suitable for a maximum of 4 adults, plus 2 children if fully occupied. Sorry, this property does not allow groups of teenagers.

Entrance to hall leading to master bedroom on the left with 4'6ft double bed
Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds and a set of bunk beds, ensuite shower room with shower, basin and WC

Family bathroom walk in shower, heated towel rail WC and basin.

First floor:
Open plan living area with two sofas, TV with Amazon Firestick, dining table and access to the terrace balcony
Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and large fridge freezer

Outside:

Enclosed patio with shrub borders, garden table, two-seater garden bench and on the first-floor balcony is a table with four chairs.

Parking: For one car in designated space plus visitors' space.
