It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, and its idyllic position is a great base from which to explore the South Hams where golden beaches, craggy coves and scenic country rambles reign supreme.
1 Perchwood Cottage has been lovingly refurbished and oozes attention to detail with bespoke fabrics, crafted furnishings and a warm welcoming ambiance. Its light and airy open plan living area boasts bi-fold doors which open the sun terrace – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of bubbly or just simply to admire the river views. For cosy winter nights in, there are two lounge areas to choose from both boasting wood-burners and cosy sofas to snuggle up on.
