It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size ensuite bedroom, a king-size and two twins, together sleeping up to eight people and served by a family bathroom with bath and walk in shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a terrace area with furniture and a heated swimming pool. Windy Heath is a superb base for a family holiday to this part of Devon.
Salcombe is a resort town resting in the South Hams district of Devon, just 21 miles away from Dartmouth. Within the town you will find two sandy beaches and the National Trust property of Overbeck’s which houses subtropical gardens. Within the town you will also find a superb selection of amenities and the estuary offers opportunities for surfing, kayaking and boat trips.
