Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a living room and utility area. Outside has a rear patio area with furniture and a front lawned area. You can walk to the River Dart from the cottage, with two riverside pubs within walking distance. The legendary pub, The Maltsters Arms, once owned by cooking icon Keith Floyd, has recently been re-opened, with the executive chef being Anton Piotrowski, winner of Masterchef the Professionals.
