The property has four bedrooms; two doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and two twins, one of which has an en-suite shower room, while the remaining rooms are served by the family bathroom; the property sleeps eight. There is a cloakroom, utility, kitchen/diner, separate dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and a games room. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a spacious front and rear lawned garden with seating. Hetland is a stunning base for a family or large group gathering in Dumfries.
The former royal burgh and market town of Dumfries is the largest town in southwest Scotland, close to the mouth of the River Nith, with history dating as far back as Roman time.
