It is reached by a flight of wooden steps leading up to a large, private decking area which overlooks a wooded hillside and the North Devon coast in the distance. Sliding doors lead into a large living room, dining area and fitted kitchen. It has a king-size bedroom overlooking the deck with a separate bathroom and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Off street parking for 2 cars is available. Treetops is the ideal place to visit for a short break with your partner. One Dog, welcome charges apply.

You can explore all of this at Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay and Combe Martin. Despite being England’s smallest National Park, Exmoor has been named the most exquisite as it rises behind the rocky cliffs with its moors and streams. The historical market town of Barnstaple is a short drive away, as well as the seaside resort of Minehead.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
