Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite (Shower and basin, no WC), double, and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with a woodburner, and a sun room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and a small enclosed patio garden with furniture, whilst guests also have access to a large wildlife garden and pond. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views, Chilvery Farm Cottage is a heart-warming retreat in a memorable part of England. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not allowed upstairs).
The village of Whiddon Down boasts its own pub, whilst nearby Chagford also has more active facilities such as a public tennis court and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure. Its wonderful setting,15th and 16th century buildings, independent shops, arts and crafts, festivals and restaurants make it an absolute must-see for any visitor to Dartmoor.
