Higher Forda is a beautiful detached barn conversion located near the village of Bradworthy, Devon. Hosting four bedrooms; two first floor super king-size with en-suite, a first floor double with en-suite shower room, and a ground floor double with en-suite bathroom, along with a wet room, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area, along with a snug, and a laundry room, accessible from the outside. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, a gravelled area with furniture, and a children's play area with summer house. Situated in a countryside setting with surrounding views, Higher Forda is a wonderful retreat in an inspiring part of England.
The village of Bradworthy has a large village square surrounded by cottages, shops, a garage and a pub, which serves good food and beer. It provides the perfect base for a truly relaxing holiday in an area with several top class visitor attractions. The cliff-side village of Clovelly and bike riding on the Tarka Trail are some of the attractions that should not be missed, whilst just 3 miles away the Tamar Lakes provide fishing and an array of watersports.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Several steps on the ground floor of the cottage between rooms. Note:Pushchair, and bed guard also available on request. Note: The utility room, which has steps leading up to the door, is accessed via the garden and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Please be aware - although the standard check in around Christmas has changed to Sunday on the website - this property is available for a Friday-Friday stay for the same weekly price.
