1 Florence Place is an elegant three-storey Regency townhouse on the end of a terrace in the Cornish town of Falmouth. The house can sleep five people in four bedrooms; an en-suite double on the second floor, two doubles and a single with cabin bed on the first floor, plus bathrooms on the first and ground floors. On the ground floor is a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen/breakfast room and a utility. Outside is an enclosed garden with an old hot house for storing beach and sailing gear, lawn and a courtyard with furniture. Just 600 yards from the centre of the town and within easy reach of beaches, 1 Florence Place is an ideal base for an interesting holiday in Cornwall.
Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture.
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
