Mugwell Barn is a single-storey detached cottage about a ten minute walk from Luckett on a 7 acre smallholding. Sleeping two in one bedroom, a super king-size zip-linked bedroom with an en suite shower-room. It faces away from the friendly owner’s cottage with lovely rural views. Spacious open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with wood-burning stove and folding glazed doors to the large patio. You are welcome to explore the gardens which has an unfenced wildlife pond. There are home produced eggs and bacon (when available) and logs. A lovely, get-away-from-everything place. Callington is a Cornish market town, rich in mining heritage and overlooked by Kit Hill, the highest point in the area, donated to the people of Cornwall by Prince Charles to celebrate the birth of Prince William. From the top of Kit Hill there are fabulous views across south-east Cornwall as far as Plymouth Sound.
Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
