It plays host to three bedrooms which comprise a king-size zip/link, a double and a 2"6 single room, there is also a bathroom, the property is able to sleep up to five people. Inside, also find a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Externally, you will find plenty of off-road parking as well as an enclosed garden containing a lawn and a patio with furniture. Pendleside is a charming and homely retreat, ideal for couples or families seeking a break away.
At the foot of Pendle Hill, Downham is in the Forest of Bowland AONB. The village is a base with a gastro pub, a tearoom, a seasonal ice cream shop and a village green. Nearby is Clitheroe with attractions including the castle and museum, Bowland Brewery and galleries.
