Duck Pond Cottage is a detached cottage located in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire. It has three bedrooms; two double a(one is a UK Queen size, sleeps 2 people)and one twin, together sleeping up to six people. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs has a cloakroom and WC, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property.
