The open plan living room, with wood burner, incorporates a large squashy leather sofa, an oak dining table with pretty garden views and a kitchen packed with good quality appliances. It sits in a large enclosed garden with a hot tub, wooden gazebo with built in seating, lighting and heating for dining al fresco in the day or evening, Demelza Cottage offers rural peace and the chance to unwind. Truro is the retail centre of Cornwall with a good range of independent shops as well as national stores all within a compact city centre. With its eclectic range of art galleries, bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre, museum and outstanding cathedral this small city is a superb year round destination. Steeped in history and intriguing architecture there is always plenty to do and see. Just meandering through the Georgian cobbled streets is a pleasure in itself.
