There are two bedrooms including a double room and a family room with adult bunks and a single bed which has an en-suite shower room, there is also a family shower room, the property can sleep five people. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is a private car park and a balcony. 3 Marina View is a fantastic cottage in an incredible location.

This town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula one of the most scenic regions of Wales, renowned for scenery, walks, beaches and golf courses. The town offers shops, pubs, restaurants and a marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for sailing and watersports. Close by are Criccieth, with its castle, and Abersoch, a harbour town also renowned for beaches and watersports. Much of the peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lot of the coastline is owned by the National Trust providing bays, beaches and clifftop walks, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island.
