The apartment also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for one car. Flat 3 is a convenient base for exploring all that Devon has to offer, including sandy beaches, walks, cycling, National Trust properties and grounds, and seaside resorts. Note: First £5 pounds of electricity inc. in rent, remainder by coin meter. Note: There's access to the sitting room from the double bedroom. Note: Apartment accessed via a curved staircase. Care needed when using the path down to the harbour -we do suggest wearing suitable footwear and would not recommend heels.

Lynmouth is set directly on the coast at the foot of the Exmoor hills offering a unique water-powered cliff railway which links the village with neighbouring Lynton. Lynmouth also has shops, inns, tea rooms and restaurants.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
