The property is 200 years old and includes a pretty open plan living area with a modern kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with a private front patio with furniture. The small, quiet village of Penwithick is situated quite centrally to Cornwall, two and a half miles from St Austell. The village has a convenience store, a fish and chip shop and a Post Office on the main road running through it, and is a wonderful base for exploring the local area.
