There is a family shower room and additional ground floor cloakroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen and sitting room with dining area with woodburning stove. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed yard with furniture and barbecue. Kynaston Cottage is ideal for a traditional seaside holiday.
