The cottage can sleep four people in One double Zip Link bed (please ask if it requires splitting to two single beds) and One double bedroom. There is a wet room with walk-in shower, WC and basin. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, living room and dining area. Outside there is a patio and there is off road parking for one car. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. This cottage is next to ref 3756 and 943042, and together sleep 16. Chapel Green Studio 2 is perfect for a family looking to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.
Polgooth is a quiet settlement on the outskirts of St Austell, frequented by visitors enjoying the area's countryside. Just 3 miles from the sea, the village is close to several beaches, and the south-west coastal path also runs close by. The area has a host of visitor attractions, with the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown all within a 15 minute drive.
