Outside, there is a small enclosed garden patio to the front whilst to the rear is a large elevated garden with furniture and country views. There's also off road parking with additional roadside parking opposite. Set very close to the Ffestiniog Steam Railway line and with excellent walks and cycling from the doorstep, Ty Gwynn is a cosy and welcoming holiday home in this beautiful North Wales location.

Tanygrisiau, meaning "below the steps", refers to the stepped cliffs above this traditional Welsh village. The Moelwyn mountains protect the village from much of the wind from northerly gales in the winter, and give the village a pleasant southerly aspect with relatively mild weather considering its location high in Snowdon. The village stands amongst some dramatic scenery, and is a good starting point for many walks, especially if your intention is to climb Moelwyn itself.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
