Set solely on the ground floor, this charming cottage has a double room, a twin room and a shower room. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area and outside, there is a shared, lawned garden to the front with furniture, a lovely spot to enjoy dining alfresco. There is also off road parking for two cars and set in a beautiful location at the southern end of the Cotswold Hills, Roan Cottage is perfect for a family break or a getaway with friends.

Royal Wootton Bassett is a friendly market town, located in north Wiltshire, at the southern end of the Cotswold Hills. Close to the Gloucestershire border, the town benefits from a weekly market and there is also a good selection of local inns and shops. This is an ideal touring base.
