Two bedrooms including a double with basin and a bunk, served by a bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open-plan and comprises of a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric stove. The heating is electric storage heaters and the kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power are included. To the outside is a shared garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, along with shared parking for two cars. Two pets are welcome at a £25 fee however smoking is not permitted. 1.4 miles to a shop, 0.4 miles to a pub and beach. Note: Guests have access to on-site facilities, including a laundrette with a washing machine and tumble dryer that take £1 coins and cost £3 per wash, a hosepipe and tap in a neighbouring field to rinse off wetsuits and dogs, along with a Play Barn area, games room, badminton and table tennis. 8 Ty'n Don is a lovely escape to a scenic corner of Wales.

Boasting a fantastic watersports centre and fine beaches, it has become a top holiday destination in Wales. Within the village there is a busy bistro scene with a number of well-established restaurants, pubs and bars, along with convenience stores for grabbing essentials. Abersoch is also a base for six circular walks ranging from under a mile to over nine miles.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
