The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining seating for eight guests, a utility with fridge and washer/dryer and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove (starter pack of logs provided). The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size, a twin (3ft beds) and a single, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, an additional raised patio with furniture and fire pit, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is accessed via a farm track, please consider this when booking. Note: Steep drops in the garden, please ensure children are supervised. Note: There are steps in the garden without a handrail: please take care

St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and is situated approximately eight miles west of Penzance. The town itself is an ancient settlement that has a strong mining history and there are several monuments and prehistoric antiquities to visit including the Bronze Age settlement at Cape Cornwall. St Just is ideally located for visitors to explore the far west of Cornwall as it is situated on the edge of the moors and close to the beautiful north coast. In the centre of the town is Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times, and in more recent times for the Lafrowda Festival.
