Halberton is a lovely rural village nestled between the Great Western Canal and the rural scenery of Devon. The town offers a glass of your favourite beverage and a meal at The Hickory Inn, whilst guests can stock up on essentials at Halberton Court Farm Shop. Attractions include Undercover Golf, a great afternoon activity or families and friends, or scenic walks beside the Great Western Canal, past the Great Western Canal Aqueduct, and heading into Tiverton. Tiverton offers more amenities and attractions, with a selection of eateries, cafes and a supermarket, as well as Tiverton Castle, a local museum and walks beside Tiverton Canal and the River Exe. Halberton is also within reach of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where there are many walks, mountain biking routes and breath-taking views to be enjoyed, as well as great birdwatching opportunities.
