Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with decking and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.9 miles or less you will find a shop, pub and a beach. Please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but smoking is not. Highchair, travel cot and stairgates available. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in rent. Between Helston and Marazion on the south coast is the small town of Praa Sands. The mile-long sandy beach at Praa Sands and the great surfing conditions make it renowned for watersports activities. A bar/restaurant that has a view of the beach is the ideal place for a meal with a view or sunset beverages. In addition, Praa Sands is home to a golf course and country club, where you may play while taking in the most stunning views of the ocean. The 16th-century tower of Pengersick Castle is located not far inland from the coastline. Pengersick is reputed to be haunted, and a monk's ghost has allegedly been spotted wandering the grounds.
