The living areas in this single-storey shepherd's hut consists of an open-plan living space with king-size bed, kitchenette, dining area and sitting area, serviced by a shower room. Appliances include a two-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, radio, and a woodburning stove. Outside, there is an enclosed garden area with decking, furniture, barbecue/fire pit, and a freestanding bathtub, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 4.6 miles or less you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Only eight miles from Dorchester, in the charmingly called Piddle Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is the charming West Dorset village of Piddletrenthide, which is off the main road on a private track. Weymouth, a family-friendly beach town, the Jurassic coast, and majestic Portland, the site of the 2012 Olympic sailing competitions, are all easily accessible. This is a fantastic vacation spot all year round because Bournemouth and Poole are only 40 minutes away.
