The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a walled rear courtyard with furniture and barbecue, an enclosed front courtyard, and designated parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with two stairgates, already installed. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.5 miles and the beach in 1.9 miles. Between the cities of Modbury and Kingsbridge, in the South Hams region of Devon, England, is a village known as St Ann's Chapel. A dependable neighbourhood store and a quaint restaurant, The Pickwick Inn, are both located in this village. Bigbury on Sea, a community with a long, sandy beach (surf school, cafe), which stretches to Burgh Island, is only three miles distant. Both the Pilchard Inn on the island and the South West Coast path are worthwhile stops. A little further out, at the head of the extensively creeked Kingsbridge Estuary (which may be reached by boat), the traditional market town of Kingsbridge is home to a variety of independent stores, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, and antique stores.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Less than a 100 yard walk away we have a lovely shop available which has a great variety of stock and everything you may need for your stay, Wonderful village pub almost next door, beach 2 miles. Close to Bigbury-On-Sea, Challaborough and Kingsbridge. Please note: This property has stairs within so may not be suited for infirm guests.
