The living areas consist of; kitchen/diner with electric Range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, a utility with microwave, washing machine and coffee machine and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is a double bedroom with TV, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside is a front patio with furniture and access to owner's grounds/paddocks covering 7.5 acres, and ample off-road parking. 1 well behaved dog allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. Note: Facilities are available to bring a horse or 2 with stabling and paddocks on offer but please contact owner first. Note: There is a stairlift in this home (suitable up to 80kg). Note: The owner lives next door. Note: The owner asks that guests do not stroke/feed the horses. Note: This property only accepts check ins on Fridays
