The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, Smart TV, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom, and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 1.3 miles 46 Willowburn is a wonderful base for a family break to Northumberland. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the lodge. Note: Guests have access to a range of on-site facilities, including a laundrette, café, and play area, and can access the neighbouring park and its amenities.

Between Morpeth to the south and Alnwick to the north, in rural Northumberland, sits the lovely village of Felton. The village is only 10 miles from Alnwick, which is known for its castle and famed Garden, which includes Europe's largest cascading water feature, a huge tree house, a rose garden, and an ornamental walled garden. The community has a shop with a post office, a coffee shop, a pub, and a restaurant. The castle is renowned for serving as the location of Hogwarts School in the "Harry Potter" movies. Alnwick has a good assortment of stores, bars, and restaurants, and there is a lot to see and do nearby, including miles of beaches with fine sand, numerous castles, and boat tours to the well-known Farne Islands. All in all, a fantastic setting for discovering Northumberland and its breath-taking Heritage Coastline.
