The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove, a first-floor snug with children’s toys and games. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin along with a bathroom with bath, basin and WC and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn and decking with furniture and non-enclosed communal lawn and children’s play area and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property includes an indoor BBQ, spacious gym, children’s playroom (pool and table tennis, small children’s area) and outdoor children’s play area, laundry room. Note: No fireworks are allowed on site due to the fact this is working farm. This includes ALL fields over the river where the animals and horses are. Please respect this and the animals we have on site.

The Cornish settlement St. Breward is located between Bodmin and Camelford. In addition to offering riverside strolls and excellent access to nearby historical monuments including Trippet Stone Circle, King Aurther's Palace, and Stannon Stone Circle, the community is well-known for its old church. You can dine at the Old Inn and Restaurant, and the local post office is a good place to stock up on necessities. The bustling town of Bodmin, which has more cafes, independent stores, and the Cornish coast beyond it, is conveniently located close to the village.

Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Note: There are steps and a ramp up to the lodge. Note: There is a stream on site so please make sure children are supervised.
